1. Service and operator
ZeroLink operates from the United States. These terms cover the free file, code and text sharing service and Secure Contact. Paid storage has separate terms shown before purchase. You must have the legal capacity and authority to use the service.
2. Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights to your content and authorize ZeroLink to store, transmit and delete encrypted data to provide the service. Only share content you own or have permission to share. Do not use the service for unlawful content, exploitation, malware, infringement, unauthorized access, or disrupting the service. We may restrict use to address abuse, security incidents or legal obligations.
3. Encryption and share links
Content is encrypted in your browser. Anyone with a complete share link can access its content while available. Keep links private and save important files independently. We cannot recover a missing decryption key. Encryption does not protect against compromised devices, stolen links or copies retained by recipients.
4. Limits and expiry
Free shares are limited to 3 GB in total. Links expire after 24 hours by default, or after 3 or 5 days when selected. Secure Contact pages expire after 5 days. Expired data becomes unavailable and is removed by scheduled cleanup; interruptions may delay physical deletion. Expiry cannot recall copies already downloaded. The service is not a permanent backup.
5. Availability and changes
Availability depends on device capabilities, connectivity, capacity and maintenance. We may change limits or features and will publish updated terms with a revision date. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
